Things to consider for documentation:
Lighting: Is there adequate lighting at the location of your event? Darkness can heavily impact the quality of images due to the grain that is created from cameras trying to compensate light in dark areas. Please let your photographer know of the lighting situation prior to your event. Dark lighting may result in late delivery of edited photographs.
Specific shots: Please tell your photographer of any important and specific moments that need to be photographed during your event. For exemple, photos of specific people, photos of yourself, photos of specific objects, etc. Let’s communicate, and be precise of your vision so that no important moments are missed!
Travel fee: Included within documentation packages is 45km travel distance from Tarzwell, Ontario. Locations that exceed the 45km range will be charged 1.00$ per km in travel fees to cover expenses.
