Maybe I'll Find a Piece of Bark at The Grocery Store is based on a story shared from a family member. Her family member explained that when her father was passing away, he promised to come back and visit his daughter through the form of bark. After he passed her family member saw a large piece of bark in the middle of an isle at the grocery store.
